Steve Satek, President of Great Lakes Clinical Trials, will lead a presentation for the Northwest Chapter Hadassah at the Youth Center in Buffalo Grove about the benefits of medical research and how you can help make a difference in finding a treatment and or cure for diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease.
In a recent survey of 10,000 individuals in ten countries, 62% said that they worry they may develop Alzheimer’s disease. Of those people, 91% believe the solution to tackling the disease lies in medical research and 79% said that they would be willing to participate in medical research.

Additionally, the Great Lakes Clinical Trials team will be on site to book complimentary memory assessments for those over 60 years of age and will also be offering free genetic testing for the ApoE Alzheimer’s gene for those between 65-75 years of age.
