Steve Satek, President of Great Lakes Clinical Trials, will lead a presentation about the benefits of medical research and how you can help make a difference in finding a treatment and or cure for diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease.
In a recent survey of 10,000 individuals in ten countries, 62% said that they worry they may develop Alzheimer’s disease. Of those people, 91% believe the solution to tackling the disease lies in medical research and 79% said that they would be willing to participate in medical research.
Brunch is included in the event and there is a $5 per person cost to attend. The event will be held in the Chapel of St. John at the Lutheran Home.
